Ideally, you should have received your documents on your registered email address at the time of loan disbursement. However, in case you haven't received them, you may write to us at customer.care@herofincorp.com and quote your loan account number to receive assistance.

SimplyCash services are currently unavailable to self-employed individuals.

All resident Indians aged between 27 to 55 years, salaried, are eligible for a personal loan with SimplyCash.

All loans sanctioned through SimplyCash are done basis the internal policies of Hero FinCorp Limited.

At SimplyCash, the aim is to provide personal loans directly to your bank account almost instantly. Though in some cases there might be a time lag due to reasons beyond our control.

No security, collateral or guarantors are required for obtaining a Personal Loan through SimplyCash.

An eligible user can avail loans ranging from ₹ 50,000 to ₹ 1,50,000.

You can apply for a personal loan with SimplyCash via the mobile application available in Google Play store.

For instant disbursement of your Personal Loan, please keep the following information available:

  • Aadhaar card for O- KYC
  • Bank account and internet banking credentials

If you have taken a loan with SimplyCash, you can view the present status of your loan account in the 'Active loan status' section.

SimplyCash uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) data encryption standards to ensure that there is no misuse of any information shared by customers. Additionally as a part of HeroFinCorp , we adhere to all applicable RBI guidelines and regulations.

You can select different loan tenure options as per your requirement, ranging from 6 months to 24 months depending on the EMI amount that you choose.

An EMI or equated monthly instalment is the equally divided monthly instalment that is paid towards clearing out an outstanding loan in a stipulated period.

In the event that the first due date for payment of EMI is after a period of 30 days from the date of disbursement of the loan amount, the additional number of days beyond this period is known as the broken period. An upfront interest is deducted for this broken period from the loan amount at the time of disbursement.

Fixed rate of interest is the only type of rate of interest that will be offered for all SimplyCash loan applications.

Interest is calculated monthly using a reducing balance method. We consider a 30 day month and 360 day year for interest calculations.

Your complete loan details, inclusive of EMI status and next due date, are available once you login to your account on the mobile app.

EMIs can be paid via NACH mode (Auto debit). In case debit fails due to some issue, EMI can be paid via Pay Now option present in the SimplyCash App. To make payments alternatively you can visit the link <http://bit.ly/SimplyCashpayment>

The installment cycle date will be 8th of every month.

As per the SimplyCash policy, part pre-payment is currently not allowed.

As per the SimplyCash policy, advance EMI payment is not allowed.

As per SimplyCash policy, there is no provision for a co-applicant for your Personal Loan.

An amortization schedule is a table giving the reduction of your loan amount by monthly installments. The amortization schedule gives the break-up of every EMI and principal outstanding of your loan.

All-important loan related documents will be available in SimplyCash loan application for Active / Closed loans.
